Our Office Policy

We gladly accept private insurance and will bill to your insurance company as a courtesy. We make every attempt to obtain benefits from your insurance company; however, it is recommended that patients understand their policy. All patient portion is due prior to services being rendered. We do offer financial arrangements and planning.
