Dr. Lam has always been very professional and thorough in her treatment of me. I have much confidence in her; she obviously cares about the dental health of her patients and encourages us to take good care of our teeth. Her office staff is also very courteous and efficient; wait times are short and regular maintenance visits take less than an hour.
I have been going to Dr. Lam for more than a few years now. She and her team are great. She addresses any issues I have, keeps my teeth white and looking good, and spends enough time with me on each visit to make sure all is well. Besides just being a great dentist, the office is great in that appointment times are always kept. we started going to Dr. Lam eight years ago and have NEVER ever been unhappy. She is careful and incredibly thorough, and always keeps you informed and in the loop. She’s fun and friendly, and I never dread going to the dentist anymore. Unlike some other offices, you know you’re always going to see Dr. Lam and get anything you need. Her staff is also friendly and super well-trained.
